Client: Farmer Brothers Company
Challenge: Create a company intranet to keep employees connected

Details: After creating several websites for various divisions of the Farmer Brothers business side, they approached us about creating a new intranet website so their internal employees, external sales staff, and retail locations nationwide could stay connected.

Solution: Using the overall look of the previous corporate website we had created, we designed a new intranet site. This site allows internal employees to find valuable Human Resources and benefits info…gives external sales staff a place to find price lists, product information, and receive online POS training…and lets retail locations nationwide order POS materials. The site is data driven to control who can—or can’t—see various sections. It’s also built using modules so that sections can easily be updated or added and out of date information can be removed as needed. It’s a virtual “one-stop shopping” site that makes information easy to find and share among Farmer Brothers’ corporate employees, finance and marketing teams, external sales force, and retailer network.
