Jeff Pieper — President
Business-to-Business. Business-to-Consumer. Whatever the market, Jeff’s strategic focus throughout more than 20 years with Pieper and Associates has been to ensure that our creative work communicates effectively and helps sell product. Prepared with a degree in marketing from USC, Jeff has decades of practical experience with a portfolio of blue-chip brands. From Acura, Isuzu and Mazda, to Mattel, Magellan GPS and Rainbird, Jeff’s philosophy of “people selling to people” is relevant to big-ticket acquisitions and impulse point-of-sale purchases alike.

Cathy Jordan — Production Manager
Nothing moves inside Pieper and Associates without Cathy’s guiding hand. Drawing on nearly 25 years in the business—13 of them with us—she possesses a comprehensive understanding of production processes acquired from first-hand experience on the printing side of the industry. Add Cathy’s polished skills at managing internal and external traffic, and she’s ideally qualified to respond to last-minute changes and inflexible deadlines with smart, practical solutions that keep everything on track.

Nicki McVoy — Creative Director
Guiding our creative product for more than ten years, Nicki’s previous client-side experience combines strategic marketing with design and copywriting capabilities. From packaging and advertising to brand identity, her well-grounded perspective gives clients ranging from high-end hotels to fertilizer manufacturers creative solutions designed to sell. Nicki has an instinct for how a client’s marketing communications should look, and a talent for maintaining that identity over time.

Joanna Vose — Director of Web Developement
Well grounded in traditional media and display development through her initial work as a production manager, Joanna has spent the past dozen of her more than 23 years in the industry dealing with the intricacies of interactive communications. Her skill at design and development using HTML, Flash and other tools creates effective websites, as well as structured programs linked to documents such as manuals and price lists. With a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA, plus plenty of experience working directly with clients, Joanna builds detail-oriented solutions as well as strong working relationships.

Christopher Hancock — President, RightSize Business Systems
As head of our affiliated technology solutions provider, Christopher has over 26 years of experience implementing solutions that improve communications, increase profitability and enhance customer satisfaction for clients. Following nine years with corporate America in health-care and public audit, Christopher began directly providing marketing and sales departments with external solutions that are integrated with strategic initiatives and growth goals. Often bridging the gap between legacy systems and the web, he and his team attempt to ensure a return on investment within a year.

Leah Boyd — Account Manager
18+ years of building and managing key accounts makes Leah a highly organized, detail-oriented and results-driven account manager. Her exceptional problem-solving and customer-service skills consistently meet and exceed the goals and expectations of her clients. Accomplished in marketing, advertising, business consulting and account management, Leah’s creative thinking enables her to communicate effectively with many different personalities, and approach each situation with the understanding that success comes when there is a win-win for the client and consumer.

Kim Gardner — Client Services
During more than four years with us, Kim has partnered with her clients to help define their objectives and translate them into creative answers. In markets ranging from hospitality and automotive to hardware and building materials, Kim’s meticulous attention to detail and follow-up are fundamental to our clients’ successes, and our own.

Mark Raykhenberg — Senior Graphic Production Artist
With nearly three years on our team, Mark is a champion at analyzing, planning, and creating visual solutions for our clients. From website design to corporate branding, Mark can utilize a variety of media solutions in order to achieve the desired finished project.

James Schneider — Senior Multimedia & Print Production Artist
Bringing his knowledge and expertise to the art department over the last seven years, James’s multimedia talents and graphic production skills are used for creating visual solutions, implementing requests, meeting tight deadlines, and delivering finished projects on time.
