Taking Special Care
E.B. Stone Organics is a brand that’s been around for over 100 years. Updating their unique packaging meant taking special care of a special brand. Selling soil and fertilizer at outdoor garden centers creates unique challenges for packaging. We were tasked with keeping the look and feel of their signature illustrations, while bringing the packaging itself into a new, updated design.
Creating Packaging For The Real World
Outdoor garden centers, where most EB Stone Organics products are sold, create unique challenges for packaging. By re-establishing EB Stone’s entire footprint through branding, we made sure each product not only looks good from the front, but that it also communicates clearly when stacked on a pallet. This is packaging for the real world, and understanding the individual challenges each retail environment presents has helped us become packaging experts.
We worked directly with the printer (we speak their language) to create our design to the printer’s capabilities. This allows us to maximize our artboard and what is visible on packaging. The best thing to sell the most product on shelf.
